Portugal did NOT legalize cannabis or drug use

03 Jul 2010 Ignore what the YouTube title is ... Portugal did not legalize cannabis. It did decriminalize drugs, but their version of decrim forces people to choose between a fine and "treatment". Why should anyone applaud a decrease in drug use if those drugs are used properly and to the person's benefit? For more information about what a scam "decrim" is, check out:

Would Legal Marijuana Take Bite Out of Crime?

03 Jul 2010 Fox News reports on the shooting deaths of two Med Pot dispensaries in California. They then proceed to lie about the causes of the closure of coffee shops in Holland (due to stigma, not an increase in crime as they say) in order to argue that legalizing cannabis would not decrease crime in California. Maybe if the cops didn't help craft the 2010 California legalization proposal there wouldn't be so much black-market harms left to point to and attempt to associate with any form of legalization.
