This show I stopped by to say high to Casper Lietch the star of Time4Hemp the first TV show ever to focus on the subject of Hemp/Marijuana/Cannabis. He is here and doing fine in Indiana and ready to get back into the marijuana reform movement.
I have a short clip of Casper participating in the UCLA Pulmonary Studies for Smoked Marijuana in April of 1991. A special thanks to Dr. Donald Tashkin for allowing Casper and his crew to film this momentous occasion for the prosperity of history.
