Is not The War On Drugs terrorism on a country's OWN people? Get real people? People who rely on CNN have a lot more faith in their government and media than I do. You'll never hear them talk about the millions the USA gave to the Taliban to "fight drugs"
If you want to take a slice out of terrorist's group's finances, then what you do is legalize all drugs, thereby deflating their value immediately. No groups would bother with all the risk if there wasn't big money in it for them
