David Malmo-Levine Get's Ready For Supreme Court!The Friday the 13th we have all been waiting for is just about here! Pot TV's own David Malmo-Levine, Chris Clay, Randy Caine and some of Canada's Top Lawyers are heading to Supreme Court on Friday, December 13th, 2002 to challenge Canada's Pot Laws. David, who is representing himself has 35 minutes to tell the Supreme Court Judges why they should strike down cannabis Prohibition. i would just like to take my suggestion in your consideration David..."the fatal gateway theory" ...once kids at highschool find out that cannibis is harmless and those drug education from school about marijuana is lie.....THIS would make kids try other..

ever give up. We've got truth, rightousness, and an endless supply of cannon fodder (read: harmless users) for the legislature to use to prove that incarcaration will never kill the cannabis culture.
The anal sex connection would make more sense if you bring up the issue of regulating morality behind closed doors.
This case is too important for the free world to be, (pardon the expression) fucked up. If you must address the SCC without representation, sit perfectly still, NEVER POINT YOUR FINGER, or tell them what "everyone knows", stay as monotone as possible.

i believe this speech will trigger a revolution or step towards freedom in favour of cannabis due to it's revelation and wake up call supported by the cold-hard, convincing facts by David.
Point 9: Stimulant is Excellent description. Point 13: Drop What's Next? Caffiene... Point 16: Stating "all other Studies of lung damage" seems to imply lung damage. You failed to mention Cannabis tabacco(Skoal) need not be smoked. Change Dark to poor.
stick to the facts. use positive findings from govt studies. use the holland coffee shop system as an example. i liked your arguments about personal freedom (beginning of speech). dont forget the economic benefits of legalization.
mention vaporizers and other harm reduction methods. stress that regulation is better than a black market. stand up strait, keep your hands on the podeum. good luck! you are a true freedom fighter
