Employees Can be Fired for Medical Marijuana

Workers who use medical marijuana at home can be fired by their employer if they test positive for the drug on the job. The California Supreme Court made that ruling Thursday.
The case revolves around Gary Ross, a Sacramento computer systems administrator, who was fired by his employer, RagingWire Communications, after a drug test showed marijuana in system.
