CBC News: Protesting Pot Convictions

POT TV – As the Canadian Senate debates Bill C45, Canadians are demanding amnesty and reparations for pot convictions.

Bill C45 has been called “fakelegalization” and “legalization 1.0” by critics, as it fails to address many of the most basic aspects of prohibition’s problems. Most notably, decades of unjust arrests and convictions have punished peaceful, non-violent people.

The CBC spoke to protestors at the Global Marijuana March about amnesty for cannabis criminal convictions.
