POT TV – Marc Emery says he’s selling banned marijuana merchandise in Montreal on Sunday.
The province of Quebec made marijuana t-shirts and merchandise illegal after the passing of Bill C45, the Cannabis Act. Quebec’s Bill 157 bans cannabis images widely unless from an authorized source.
In a twitter post earlier, cannabis activist Marc Emery wrote the following:
Marc Emery wrote: “Quebec cannabis culture: I will be in Montreal selling all-banned merchandise featuring our beloved cannabis leaf, 420, the now banned-in-Quebec word “cannabis” on t-shirts, lighters, flags, stickers, more! Very low prices! Noon to 5 pm SUNDAY at SQDC 970 Ste. Catherine West”
